We ask that all payments are made in full by close of day on the final working day of the month for the month ahead. Failure to do so will result in you incurring late payment charges. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details relating to late or non- payments.

+ Why are my fees different this month from last month?

Fees may be different from one month to the next for several reasons.

  • You may have arranged for your child to attend more sessions than normal either for the month just gone or the upcoming month which may alter your monthly total.
  • You may be in credit/arrears.
  • If your child receives Government funding, the amount of funding to which your child is entitled differs each term depending on how many weeks there are in that term. This means that your monthly total alters each term. Monthly totals will be more in terms with fewer weeks and less in terms with more weeks.

+ Do you offer places for funded children?

Yes. We offer places for children with 3 plus funding for 15 and 30 hours.

+ How do I receive funding?

The term following your child's third birthday, we apply for funding on your behalf. We request that you complete and sign a Parental Statement of Undertaking (PSOU) and provide us with a copy of your child's Birth Certificate which we then share with the Local Education Authority.

+ How much funding is my child entitled to?

All children over the age of 3 are entitled to 15 hours Government funding per week. However, how many hours you can access at the nursery depends upon availability at the nursery. Funding hours can be shared across different settings. Please get in touch if you would like to know more. From April 2017, Leicestershire Education Authority are taking part in a pilot scheme for an additional 15 hours funding per week for children over the age of 3. In order to access this, you will need to contact the Local Education Authority on 0116 3055831.

+ Do you offer places for funded 2 year olds?

Yes. Government funding is available for some 2 year olds and is means tested. Please get in touch if you think you might be eligible to check our availability.
