The Bobblewood team is made up of friendly highly experienced Early Years Educators who love what they do and are committed to providing outstanding quality care. Many of our staff hold qualified teaching qualifications, degrees in Early Years studies and equivalent .

We know that children learn best in small groups so our children are organised into several age and developmentally appropriate groups. Even further sub-divisions within these groups are put in place to really ensure that we meet children's needs.    

We operate a Key Worker system caring for children from 6 weeks to school age.  Each child is assigned to a particular member of staff who will care for them each time they attend the nursery. Key Workers will communicate with parents and carers as well as observe, assess and plan for their Key Children. This enables children to build positive relationships with their carer and ensures they are welcomed by a friendly familiar face.
